Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1600 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 5 day(s) after departure

Minimum stay
* 5 nights:Â July & August
* 3 nights:Â Winter (Oct-May)
* 4 nights:Â Rest of the year
Stays of 7 days or longer: 10% discount.
Short stays: stays of 5 days or fewer will include an additional nightly fee:
* July & August: 300/night
* Rest of the year: 200/nightÂ
Cleaning: cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the quote. Additional cleaning and change of sheets can be arranged upon request, for 550€ (incl. VAT.)
