It's simple, really: we don't share the information you share with us for commercial gain (other than charging you for your stay with us, of course.) We don't track you, and make it as hard as we can so others can't track you online ( the only reason we don't use Google Analytics.)
That brings us to our payment processor: Stripe. They are governed by their own privacy policy and there is not much we can control there. If you are uncomfortable using Stripe as a payment processor, you have the option to wire-transfer to our IBAN (our bank is BBVA, in Spain).
Our welcome team, will have your name and WhatsApp number if you want us to share it with them to coordinate your arrival and stay. But email will work fine too.
Our hosting service is Lodgify (I'm sure they also have their own privacy policy) but we have not even chosen the to enable their Google Analytics integration, mainly to preserve your privacy (as much as we would love to understand traffic patterns on our site, what pages work well and which could bebetter.)
Now the long version of the same thing...
Our website is owned by us, Finca Can Xo S.L, a Vacation Rental small business registered in Spain. We run our Ecommerce booking service on this site. Oswaldo Ribas is our data controller and can be contacted at info @ CanXoIbiza.com
