Can Xo Ibiza is a 400 year-old finca - an authentic rural Ibiza style home. It’s been in the family for centuries, the history of its origins now lost in time. A loving and careful renovation has introduced a modern sense of style and comfort to offset the rustic natural beauty of the property, but the archetypical forms and architectural elements which so define traditional Ibiza have been beautifully preserved.
All bedrooms in the main house are situated around the living space, which is now the television room, while the guesthouse bedroom is on the first floor; downstairs you’ll find another living space with adjoining kitchen. The half open-plan kitchen has its own dining table, perfect for communal breakfasts and the swimming pool is set on a higher level and overlooks rolling green hills.
Can Xo is located just after Sant Josep village, from where you drive direction the beaches Cala Comte, Cala Bassa and Cala Carbo. 2 minutes away from the charming village Sant Augustin - with authentic Ibiza cuisine.
